“Industrial Technologies S.A” operates and implements a quality management system according to ISO9001:2015 in the scope of ” Design, Manufaction, Assembly, Repair and Sales of High Pressure Hydraulic Systems “.

The company is committed to achieving the desired quality assurance in the services it provides.

More specifically, the goals of the “Industrial Technologies S.A” are the following:

• The immediate recognition of customer problems and complaints.
• Satisfying customers’ requirements.
• The provision of consistency in the execution of the contracts.
• The continuous improvement of the services provided.

The company’s quality policy, as formulated by the General Manager, is communicated internally to the company and is available to interested parties in the following ways:

• Placing copies of the quality policy in the company office.
• Discussion on issues related to the quality of the products and services provided.
• Presentation of the main points of the company’s quality policy to all interested parties.
